Purchase, Deposit, and Refund Policy


Restorative Communication is able to process payments via most major debit and credit cards.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Android Pay.

Receipts are issued digitally via SMS or email only.


All deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the purchase price must be paid on or before the day of training or the deposit is forfeited.


We can provide refunds via the method used to make original payments within 120 days of the purchase in the following circumstances. Approved refunds requested more than 120 from the original purchase date will be processed via direct deposit only.

  1. In the event the training is cancelled a full refund will be provided.
  2. A full refund will be provided if you are unable to attend the dates purchased or any future date currently for sale and you provide written notice no less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled dates.
  3. If seeking a refund with less than 2 weeks written notice but more than 2 days, a processing fee of not less than 20% of the purchase will be retained. We will refund 80% of the purchase.
  4. If a refund is requested within 2 days of the scheduled event a service fee equal to the full purchase price will apply. No refund will be provided.
  5. In extenuating circumstances or genuine hardship, you are urged to contact us.


Receipts will be provided electronically via sms or email.

SMS receipts are not possible via blocked sms services or mobile phone services without a working sms service.

Copies of receipts are available upon request.


GST is inclusive on all products and services provided. Listed prices are inclusive of GST.
